Challenges
The candidate pool within solar power quality assurance is relatively small and highly competitive. This high-growth client was also entering into new markets which weren't as familiar and introduced new cultural considerations. In addition, equality, diversity and inclusion was an important factor, therefore having a diverse candidate shortlist was important to the client.
Objectives
The clients requirements were for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality program. This person would be a critical enabler, responsible for driving quality throughout the life cycle of solar development and operations, whilst maintaining exceptional HSE standards. This was a high-visibility role to work side by side with leaders from across the business to shape the future of the solar developments.
