Partnering with Lord Sugar and AMSVEST:
In 2020, Harper Fox Partners achieved a significant milestone by partnering with business magnate Lord Sugar and his investment firm AMSVEST. Lord Sugar recognised the strength of our approach within executive search and our focus on sustainability and inclusion within the STEM sectors. The Equal Group Partnership:
As champions of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), we’ve partnered with The Equal Group to deliver a comprehensive EDI solution tailored to our clients’ unique needs. Recognising that a ‘one size fits all’ approach isn’t effective, The Equal Group provides data-driven expertise to develop and implement sustainable EDI systems and policies. This partnership enables us to design impactful, inclusive talent attraction strategies while helping organisations measure their progress and realise the benefits of diverse hiring. Diversity & Inclusion Ambassadorship with the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC):
Our founder and director, Scarlett Allen-Horton, serves as a D&I ambassador for the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC). Scarlett plays a pivotal role in advancing D&I across the recruitment industry as part of the REC initiative to champion inclusive recruitment practices, raise awareness of best practices, and increase equality of opportunity in workplaces nationwide. As an REC D&I ambassador, Scarlett advises recruitment professionals on building diverse, inclusive talent pipelines that promote innovation and equity, reinforcing Harper Fox Partners’ leadership in this space.

Smart Works Birmingham:
We are proud to support Smart Works Birmingham, an incredible charity dedicated to empowering women with the confidence and skills needed to enter or re-enter the workforce. Our founder, Scarlett Allen-Horton, serves as an ambassador for Smart Works, helping to drive its mission of transforming lives through employment. Smart Works provides professional clothing, bespoke interview coaching, and invaluable support to help women secure employment opportunities and achieve their career goals. Through this partnership, we actively champion initiatives that empower individuals, foster diversity, and create positive change in the workplace.

Advocacy and Influence Across Industries:
In addition to the above, the team actively volunteers their time to champion initiatives that empower underrepresented groups. Some examples include; board committee advisor to the UK Black Business Show, judging for the REC Awards, hosting a round table for the Women's Energy networking Alliance and judging the Black Talent Awards. These roles allow us to actively shape industry standards and drive meaningful conversations about inclusion, opportunity, and innovation, reinforcing our commitment to inspiring positive change at every level.
